Central Florida's warm, humid climate gives rats food, water and shelter all year round. In Orlando, the two species we deal with most are roof rats, which climb trees and power lines into attics, and Norway rats, which burrow around foundations, sheds and drains.
A single pair of rats can produce dozens of offspring in a year, so store-bought traps rarely solve the problem. Our rat control program targets the whole colony, removes the rats already inside and blocks every way back in.

We inspect the attic, roofline, crawlspace, garage and yard to find nests, travel paths and every entry point.
Targeted Trapping & Baiting
Snap traps and tamper-resistant bait stations are placed on active runways, away from children and pets.
Entry Point Sealing
Gaps, vents and roof returns are sealed with steel mesh, metal flashing and rodent-proof sealant.
Follow-Up Visits
We return to check traps, remove captured rats and confirm the activity has stopped.
